In a recent post from one of our staff members, we saw a complaint from a person who goes by the name of PurpleFissure. He is a long-time member of our staff, and a lot of posts from him usually have a lot of useful information and useful comments, but this time his post was a bit different. First, he says he’s been a member of the staff for over a year now, and he’s been a staff member for over a year now, which tells us he must have been a staff member for a while now. He then throws his old staff member, PurpleFissure into the mix, and then says he’s been a staff member for a year now. Based on that,
This article is not about how to be awesome, but rather how awesome you already are, and how awesome you want to be. Today I was talking to a friend of mine about how awesome he was, and I mentioned the awesome things he does for others. He said to me, “Yeah, but I do a lot of nice things for people. I have a lot of high character.”. Read more about good character and let us know what you think.
Deshaun Watson has yet to decide which NFL club, if any, he will play for in 2021. The 25-year-old quarterback is still with the Houston Texans and has yet to be punished by the NFL as a result of the 22 sexual assault cases he is facing. He, on the other hand, has no desire to play another snap for the team.
Watson would want to rejoin with ex-teammate Will Fuller on the Miami Dolphins, but based on head coach Brian Flores’ recent remarks on the subject, it doesn’t appear likely.

Yes, it’s already the end of August. Yes, rumors of a Deshaun Watson trade are still circulating in the NFL rumor mill.
The Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos, and Philadelphia Eagles have all shown interest in the great quarterback, according to Yahoo Sports’ Charles Robinson, but the Dolphins have emerged as the favorites to get him.
In a tweet, Robinson said, “The Dolphins have emerged as the favorite in trade talks with the Texans for QB Deshaun Watson.” “According to a club that pulled out of trade discussions, the Texans are seeking three first-round selections and two second-round picks in negotiations.”
With Tua Tagovailoa just in his second season in the NFL and all the questions surrounding Watson’s legal problems, it’s hard to believe the Dolphins would make a deal at this point, particularly for such a high price.
In the NFL, though, we’ve learned to anticipate the unexpected.
Brian Flores questioned whether he’d be comfortable telling DeShaun Watson that the club isn’t interested in him:

As trade rumors regarding Watson continue to circulate, Flores was questioned on Monday about the potential of Miami acquiring the struggling quarterback. What he had to say was as follows:
Flores told reporters, via ESPN, that “we consider a number of factors when we’re making decisions: fit on the team, overall skill, salary cap.” “We always strive to do what is best for the Miami Dolphins whether we’re talking about a player or guys. There are many factors to consider. We’re looking for a group that is tough, clever, competitive, enjoys playing, and puts the team first. That’s the kind of person we’re searching for.
“We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to the individuals we hire. Throughout the building, we want individuals of good character.”
Hmm. Isn’t he a character with a lot of personality? It doesn’t seem like the quarterback is dealing with more than a dozen sexual assault cases.
Flores seemed to be attempting to dismiss the Watson allegations without explicitly refuting them. Over the next several weeks, we’ll find out whether Dolphins general manager Chris Grier adheres to the same criteria.
Flores is “very optimistic” about Tua Tagovailoa.
The Dolphins aren’t sure what they have in Tagovailoa yet. Last season, the 23-year-old went 6-3 in nine starts as a rookie, but he couldn’t drive the ball down the field and create game-changing plays like he did at Alabama.
Tagovailoa may very easily return to his collegiate form this year, with a full summer to develop and his hip issue behind him. Flores has high expectations for his second-year quarterback in 2021.
“I have a lot of faith in Tua,” Flores said on Sunday. “This spring, this offseason, and this training camp, he’s done a lot of nice things.”
“He has made a step forward in terms of leadership and working with his colleagues to get things right,” said the head coach. “In terms of situational questions, he is asking more of us as a coaching staff, and he has made some pretty excellent strides.”
By taking an unwarranted risk on Watson, the Dolphins risk enraging their head coach. But one side will ultimately do so, and it will either be a great move or a disastrous disaster.
